This class is about grounding. About finding space in a changing body. Every session focuses on breath, gentle movement, and deep listening. We move slowly. We pause often. We create space for both strength and softness.
To ensure that your practice goes smoothly and calmly, prepare the space in advance, literally in 5 minutes.
Space
Find a quiet place where you will not be distracted. Leave some free space around the mat.
Light and temperature
Make the lighting and temperature comfortable. You can prepare a blanket in advance, as the body cools down quickly in Yin.
Supports (if possible)
One or two pillows, a blanket, and a strap will work. If you don't have a strap, use a towel. If you don't have anything, that's okay too. I'll find some options.
Zoom and camera
Position your device so that the mat and your full body are visible, or at least the main lines of the poses. It is better to use headphones if your home is noisy.
Attitude
Come without the goal of "doing it perfectly." It is important to listen to your feelings and breathe. If you have any injuries, pain, or limitations, let me know at the beginning, and we will adapt the practice.
