Teacher
Elmira Khabuseva
A living practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. It's not about “perfect form.” It's about presence, awareness, and the sustained joy of movement.
Philosophy

This class is about grounding. About finding space in a changing body. Every session focuses on breath, gentle movement, and deep listening. We move slowly. We pause often. We create space for both strength and softness.

How to prepare

To ensure that your practice goes smoothly and calmly, prepare the space in advance, literally in 5 minutes.

Space
Find a quiet place where you will not be distracted. Leave some free space around the mat.

Light and temperature
Make the lighting and temperature comfortable. You can prepare a blanket in advance, as the body cools down quickly in Yin.

Supports (if possible)
One or two pillows, a blanket, and a strap will work. If you don't have a strap, use a towel. If you don't have anything, that's okay too. I'll find some options.

Zoom and camera
Position your device so that the mat and your full body are visible, or at least the main lines of the poses. It is better to use headphones if your home is noisy.

Attitude
Come without the goal of "doing it perfectly." It is important to listen to your feelings and breathe. If you have any injuries, pain, or limitations, let me know at the beginning, and we will adapt the practice.

Benefits
Soft Strength
Build inner strength through gentle movement.
Conscious Practice
No pushing, no pressure — just space to be.
Real Connection
You’ll feel seen, supported, and gently guided — not corrected.

FAQ
Will this suit me if I am a beginner/haven't done it for a long time?

Yes. The format is suitable for beginners. We will adjust the pace and intensity to your condition and replace difficult elements with safer alternatives.

How does the class/session work (online/offline)?

You choose the time, receive confirmation and details. At the beginning, we briefly discuss your well-being and request, then we practice, and at the end, we gently conclude and record recommendations.

What do you need to prepare before class?

Comfortable clothing, water, and a quiet space. If you are online, position your device so that you and your mat are fully visible. A blanket and pillow may also be useful, but you can make do with what you have.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Rescheduling/cancellation is possible according to the studio/teacher's rules. Please check the conditions when booking. Rescheduling is usually available in advance, but late cancellations may not be refundable.

Are there any contraindications or health restrictions?

If you have any injuries, are pregnant, have acute conditions, or suffer from chronic pain, it is best to let me know in advance. I will select safe options or recommend that you consult a doctor if appropriate.
